Microporous Aeration Disc

A nano microporous aeration disc that releases a smoke-like cloud of fine 0.3–2 mm bubbles — oxygenating the bottom layer instead of just the surface.

Features

  • Bubbles of 0.3–2 mm (freshwater) / 0.5–3 mm (seawater) — far finer than air stones, much larger gas-liquid contact surface
  • Oxygenates the anoxic bottom layer and spreads air evenly through every water layer
  • Bottom toxic gases (ammonia nitrogen, nitrite, hydrogen sulfide) are oxidized and driven off
  • Near-silent operation — no noise stress on fish
  • Easy to install; pores self-seal under water pressure when the blower stops, preventing blockage
  • Tube shape can be changed freely; matching plastic pipe connectors supplied
