Why are submerged blowers used in river regulation?

The black and smelly river treatment fan adopts the aeration reaeration method to treat sewage. The principle of aeration reoxygenation method is that the dissolved oxygen entering the water body and the black and odorous substances will undergo redox reaction. For the black and odorous rivers that have been in hypoxia for a long time, it will take a long time to restore the water ecosystem to the normal state, and the aeration and reoxygenation of the water body will help speed up this process. Aeration and reoxygenation method is applicable to rotary fans, vortex air pumps, roots blower and submerged blower.

The rotary fan has low noise, the body needs lubricating oil, and the air blown out has the smell of gasoline, which pollutes the air. However, the vortex air pump is easy to burn the motor in the process of use. At present, a large part of the market has been replaced by the Roots blower. The Roots fan has simple structure and long service life. Currently, it is widely used in integrated sewage treatment. The submerged blower is an upgraded version of the Roots blower.

Advantages of submerged blower:

1、 Low energy consumption

The high speed of submerged Lu blower can reduce the reverse flow and reduce the energy consumption.

2、 Serenity

Since the submerged blower is placed at the bottom of the water, the noise generated is refracted into the water at the interface of air and water, and is not transmitted to the air. At the same time, the water and the tank wall are also refracted back to achieve the effect of noise elimination. The noise generated is almost negligible. Traditional blower: it needs to be installed on land, and the noise is directly generated, reducing about 90 dB.

3、 Less faults

Submerged blower: the motor and the body are directly connected (without the trouble of traditional belt adjustment), without belt pulley, to reduce fault factors, overload and overheating will automatically stop operation and automatically return to normal. The motor and the machine itself are sealed with O-rings, and there is no fear of water ingress. If the motor is shut down due to overheating, please clean the housing to achieve the cooling effect. Traditional blowers: most of them are belt driven, but most of them are installed outdoors, which is easy to corrode under the wind and rain, and the parts are damaged in advance.

4、 Easy installation

Submerged blower: the main body does not need a fixed base, the piping is short, and the installation space is small. Traditional blower: the base shall be fixed and the pipeline shall be connected from the shore. The pipeline is long and suitable installation site shall be found on the shore.

5、 The bearing and gear are not easily damaged

Submerged blower: preloading is applied to the bearing shaft to reduce the bearing clearance and reduce vibration and noise, so the bearing life is extended by about 20%. Traditional blower: the cooling method is natural cooling. In summer, when the temperature is high, the temperature of the blower motor installed on the shore will rise suddenly, which may cause the motor to overheat and stop.

6、 There is no need to build a fan room

Submerged blower: the submerged blower is placed in the water to achieve the effect of silencing the sound, so there is no need to make a sound proof cover or a sound proof plant. At the same time, the blower is placed in the water tank and does not occupy space, so it can effectively use the space. Traditional blower: it is installed on the shore. In order to prevent it from being eroded by the sun and rain, it is necessary to build a fan room for it.
