, working principle

The gas enters the branch pipe from the total intake pipe, and the connecting head enters the gap between the aeration film pipe and the reinforcing liner pipe. Then, under the action of air pressure, the membrane microholes of the screw pipe are opened to carry out uniform aeration: when the air supply is stopped, the microholes are closed under the action of water pressure, which effectively prevents the blockage of the aeration pipe.

Variable installation mode of micro-aerator

1. Traditional installation mode

The variable micro waist pipe shall be installed at the bottom of the dry pool according to the design requirements.According to the number of aeration pipes, the bottom of the dry oxidation tank is arranged in rings, and each ring is fed by an air inlet pipe

2, hanging installation method:

The inlet branch pipe is installed on the water surface of the aeration tank.The intake pipe of each group of aeration pipe is in the water, and the aeration pipe is suspended in the water by the intake branch pipe. The advantages of this method are: aeration pipe maintenance does not need to drain water, convenient maintenance, easy control of air volume, uniform distribution of air.

3. Platform installation

According to the requirements, multiple aeration pipes are assembled into a ring aeration platform. During normal aeration, the ring aeration platform is deposited at the bottom of the oxidation tank for aeration, and the aeration platform floats on the water surface during main pipe.
