Before installation

First of all, please check whether the type, outlet diameter, rated output frequency, phase number, voltage, current, pressure, air volume, etc. of the submerged blower on the nameplate are consistent with the specifications you need. Check whether the product is damaged during transportation. Pay special attention to whether the screws and nuts are loose. For accessories, please confirm whether the type and number of pieces are correct. The fan must operate correctly according to the direction indicated. When you use it, A power supply with appropriate capacity is required. Because if a small capacity power supply is used, it may fail to start, so please pay attention to the power supply capacity

During installation

Please confirm whether the frequency and voltage of the power supply you use are consistent with the specifications recorded on the nameplate. The rated voltage used by the submerged blower must be within ± 10% of the allowable value. Please do not extend the cable arbitrarily. Because extending the cable may cause a voltage drop above the allowable value, please be careful. When moving the submerged blower, do not pull the cable to avoid cable breakage, It is recommended to install a non-fuse switch to protect the submerged blower and prolong its service life. Do not bury the submerged blower in the mud and sand pile, and try to place it in a place with clean water quality and in a state of frequent flow, Please use the same caliber as the submerged blower for the air outlet piping. If you use the piping with a smaller caliber than the submerged blower, the loss pressure will increase, the air volume will decrease, and the current will increase due to improper piping. Do not allow water to penetrate into the submerged blower at the connection part of the water piping

During operation

First, turn on the power switch. Confirm whether there is air suction at the inlet muffler. If it is reversed, stop the operation immediately and change to the correct operation direction. The pressure and motor current at the outlet should be within the range of use. If there is any excess, check the cause before operation. Note whether the submerged blower has abnormal vibration and noise. If it is left unused for a long time, it is easy to cause the impeller to get stuck, so please operate it for 30 minutes every week, If it is placed in a humid place, please implement it daily.
