Remarkable achievements have been made in the promotion of micro pore oxygenation technology in aquaculture

Microporous pipeline oxygenation has the following advantages:


(1) Pond culture water environment has strong ability to increase oxygen;


(2) Improve the water temperature difference of pond in high temperature season;


(3) Improve the redox state at the bottom of the pond;


(4) The plankton quantity of pond water body increased;


(5) Promote the oxidative decomposition and complete nitrification of organic matter (the reduction of NH3 molecules and NO2-N in water);


(6) Aquatic plants grow well, and there is no death and decay in high temperature seasons;


(7) Efficient. Due to the microbubbles produced by ultra-fine pore aeration, whose diameter is less than 0.1mm, the contact surface with water in the water body is very large, the floating velocity is low, the contact time is long, and the mass transfer efficiency of oxygen is very high, so the efficiency of oxygenation is high and the effect of oxygenation is good. The bubble flow generated by aeration and oxygenation at the bottom of the water body has a wide range. Generally, when the water depth is 2m, the atomized bubble can diffuse to 3-4m; An underwater aerating disk with a diameter of 1.2m generates a vortex bubble flow, and the effective oxygenation area is 35 ㎡;


(8) Energy saving. Due to the use of microporous oxygenation device, the mass transfer efficiency of oxygen is very high, so that the dissolved oxygen per unit water body quickly reaches about 4.5mg/l, less than a quarter of the energy consumption of water tanker or impeller oxygenation, which can greatly save the electricity cost of farmers. Take the 10 mu water surface aquaculture pond as an example: the power consumption of the product is only 1.5KW when the water depth is 1.5 - 2M and the oxygenation capacity of 10kgo2/h is reached, while the use of the impeller aerator requires 6 - 9 kW. Based on 200 days of oxygenation, 8 hours of operation per day can save 10000 kwh of electricity and save more than 5000 yuan in operating costs;


(9) Restore the self purification function of water body. Microporous tube aeration oxygenation is the bottom oxygenation, other oxygenation is the surface oxygenation, while the breeding water body is mainly rich in dissolved oxygen on the surface and lack of oxygen on the bottom. The insoluble organic matter such as fertilizer sludge, organic excreta and residual deteriorated bait deposited at the bottom of the water body will consume a lot of oxygen, and sufficient microporous aeration will increase oxygen, so that it can be transformed into organic matter dissolved and decomposed by microorganisms, so that the self purification function of the water body can be restored. After testing, after 3 hours of startup, the total amount of ammonia nitrogen in the pool was reduced from 6mg/l to 2mg/l, nitrite was reduced from 8mg/l to 2.5mg/l, and the content of hydrogen sulfide was almost zero;


(10) Reduce disease and increase production. Microporous oxygenation increases the oxygen at the bottom, and the effective dissolved oxygen in the whole water body is sufficient, which improves the activity ability of breeding objects in each layer of water body, increases appetite, shortens the breeding cycle, and creates conditions for increasing the biological load of water body. For example, when culturing Penaeus vannamei, the underwater aeration method is adopted, the stocking density per mu can be 80000-100000 tails, and the output can reach about 1000kg.


Microporous oxygenation is a new high-efficiency fishery oxygenation technology recommended by the state, which is conducive to promoting ecological, healthy, high-quality and safe aquaculture.
